Thaden Field is well known for making aviation accessible to the area locals. And if you happen to eat at the nice little restaurant attached to it, you might find that the airport should also be known for its good food and laid back atmosphere. The restaurant, named Louise, sits inside a quaint airport space that looks out onto the runway area. While typically open for breakfast and lunch, Louise recently started offering some dinner service Thursday through Saturday, from 4pm to 8pm (no reservations required). And on Saturdays, they feature live music. The space itself is setup for indoor and outdoor dining with lawn games and plenty of space for your kids to play while you’re enjoying those adult beverages and adult conversations. This will be a welcome addition to ever-growing nightlife in Bentonville, especially if you prefer the laid back and quieter sort of night life.
