A heartfelt thank you to all of my friends and clients who made 2017 such a memorable year. This blog post contains some of my favorite commercial and lifestyle images from 2017. The historic downtown areas of Northwest Arkansas are alive with revitalization and growth. And thanks to the wonderful people at Highstreet Development and Stronghold NWA, a rather large building in downtown Rogers is poised to be a huge part of that process. Formerly known as "The Dollar Saver Building, the large structure is in the process of being gutted, cleaned out and outfitted for a number of retail and living spaces. A large portion of the building is slated to be the new home of Onyx Coffee's production and day-to-day operations while also housing a coffee shop. There are also rumors of an upscale restaurant, a bakery, a craft cocktail bar and loft apartments being planned for the structure. I was hired by Highstreet Development to photograph the building in its current state. Enjoy the tour. 

Welcome to the last week of 2015. This week, I'll be sharing some recap images of the adventures, the people and the projects from the year.

Say hello to John and Stacy. The lady behind them might have been gasping at the day's forecast which called for nonstop, heavy rain. But John and Stacy were undeterred by the forecast and so was I. So I grabbed my rain jacket and they grabbed lots of extra clothes and we drove to where my doppler radar showed lighter rain and gaps in between the storms. The time in the car gave us a chance to get to know each other better and discuss important things like reggae music and who serves the best local coffee. And the weather gave us enough rain to make the whole day an adventure but not so much that creating images was an impossible task. Here's a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

Life happens around tables. Everyday, people gather around tables for meetings, meals, drinks, games and a number of other reasons. And for whatever reason, tables are always conducive to conversation. Some conversations around tables are about business. Some are about memories, both good and bad. And some may even be about life and death.  Earlier this week, we had the opportunity to create some images of different tables for a new branding campaign. At the moment, it hasn't officially been launched yet but we can tell you that it will be called "The Table". Our job was to create images of the different types of tables people gather around. The funny thing about this job was the diversity that we found in the tables themselves. You can almost imagine the types of people that gather around them and the stories that are told.
