Matt & Bailey | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Bailey, her fiancé Matt and their dog, Jackson. I recently had the privilege of spending the evening with them, traversing the Arkansas countryside and creating some engagement photos along the way. Matt is from the UK and he moved to US as the result of a job transfer. He met Bailey through an early morning gym routine. (Matt says that she motivated him to continue to get up early to work out). Although their jobs keep them both very busy, they enjoy spending time together relaxing in the downtown Bentonville area or at home watching Fútbol (Soccer, for all you American blokes). Here's a few images from our evening together. Cheerio!
Andrew & Jillian | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Andrew and Jillian. They love their cats but they love each other even more. I recently had the opportunity to drive them around for some engagement photos while also attempting to dodge the thunderstorms and keep them dry. Of course, that didn't QUITE happen but oh well. Here are a few of my favorite images from the evening. Enjoy!
James & Faye | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to James and Faye. I've worked with Faye on a number of commercial shoots and she is one of the nicest, most pleasant people to work with. It was a lot of fun meeting her fiancé, James and creating some engagement photos for them. Here's a few of my favorites. Enjoy!
Dallas & Madison | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Dallas and Madison, a super sweet couple I recently got to hang out with. Although they both live in North Carolina, Madison is an NWA local and since her September wedding is here, she wanted her engagement pictures to be here as well. And unlike some of the recent days we've had, this day turned out to be pleasant with partly cloudy skies and mild, almost humidity-free temperatures. Here's a few of my images from the evening. Happy Monday!
John & Stacy | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to John and Stacy. The lady behind them might have been gasping at the day's forecast which called for nonstop, heavy rain. But John and Stacy were undeterred by the forecast and so was I. So I grabbed my rain jacket and they grabbed lots of extra clothes and we drove to where my doppler radar showed lighter rain and gaps in between the storms. The time in the car gave us a chance to get to know each other better and discuss important things like reggae music and who serves the best local coffee. And the weather gave us enough rain to make the whole day an adventure but not so much that creating images was an impossible task. Here's a few of my favorites. Enjoy!
Brooks & Cassidy | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Happy Spring! This time of year, the weather can be especially unpredictable. But Brooks and Cassidy managed to pick a wonderful evening to hang out and have fun with their engagement photos. Here's a few favorites from the evening. Enjoy!
Aaron & Brook | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Cold weather and snow were in the forecast this weekend. But that didn't stop Aaron and Brook from celebrating their engagement. With coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate in-hand, we road tripped around and stopped off at some interesting spots along the way. Here's a few images from our evening together. Happy Snow Day!
Ben & Ryan | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
It's currently spring weather in the middle of January and that little glimmer of Spring was great for Ben, Ryan and their engagement photos last weekend. Heres a few favorites from the evening.
Enjoy!

Thank you for making 2014 such a great year for us. Cheers!
Max & Lydia | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Max & Lydia. They're a great couple who love each other immensely and love running almost as much. They've done marathons and triathlons galore and they both lead a very active lifestyle. I recently had to opportunity to help them celebrate their engagement with cameras and lenses. Their dog Bruce even joined in for some of the fun. Here's a few of my favorites. Enjoy.
Cody & Briana | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Meet Cody & Briana. As you can see from the football in the picture above, they're getting married next year and yes, they BOTH like football. The interactions between these two kept me laughing the entire evening and the rain managed to hold off until approximately 25 seconds after we finished up. Here's a few of my favorite images from the evening. Enjoy.
Nathan & Kristin | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
I am super excited to be sharing these photos today. Congratulations to Nathan and Kristin on their engagement and also, for picking a beautiful weekend to hang out for engagement photos. Not only were there beautiful colors, but there were dinosaurs, wood piles and abandoned gas stations to boot! Here's a few of my favorites. Enjoy!
Jordan & Katey | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Tis the season for fall engagement photos and Jordan and Katey couldn't have timed it better. We met up a few weeks ago and hit the road looking for beautiful scenery and ozark oddities for their engagement photos. I always enjoy these times of conversation, exploration, trespassing and laughter while we're driving and shooting. You can learn a lot about people by taking a drive with them and you can always find off-the-beaten-path places to explore and shoot around. Thanks to Jordan and Katey and to everyone else who has entrusted me to take them out on the road to celebrate their engagement.
Andy & Treva | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Andy and Treva. As you'll see from the following engagement photos, they are a lot of fun to be around. Armed with their two dogs and some homemade deck chairs that Andy had made, we set out for an evening of adventures and photographs. Here are a few of our favorites.
Happy Friday!
Ben & Amanda { A Proposal } | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Today, we offer our sincerest congratulations and well-wishes to Ben and Amanda. Yesterday, Ben took Amanda for a little stroll around Crystal Bridges. She thought they were meeting some friends there. Little did she know that the "friends rendezvous" was just a ploy to get her to a scenic part of the trails surrounding the museum so that Ben could ask her a very important question.
This is the second proposal we've had the privilege of documenting and let me tell you, it's a FUN experience. I don't know if it's all the sneaking around and hiding in the bushes, the location scouting, the logistical planning, or just the overwhelming anticipation of witnessing such a heartfelt and memorable moment...whatever it is, it's awesome. And today, I'm excited to share this memorable moment in images. Special thanks to the rain for holding off long enough for Ben to stick to "Plan A"...especially since he didn't quite have a "Plan B". :)
Ben & Ryan { A Proposal } | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Congratulations to Ben and Ryan on their VERY recent engagement. Late last week, we helped Ben plan the proposal and then, hung out behind a trailer and some shrubbery to capture the moments. Here are few images from the evening. Enjoy.
Brian & Meaghan | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
We spent a good portion of last week back here in Rogers doing some shooting. And while most of our shoots were commercial work, it was certainly nice to get outdoors and hang out with this wonderful couple. Say hello to Brian and Meaghan. They're getting married in a couple of months and we are very excited to celebrate with them. Here's a few images from our evening together. Enjoy.
Brett & Maggie | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Brett & Maggie. I really enjoyed spending the afternoon with these two. Maggie, who works the night shift in a local ER, was full of interesting stories about her job. And Brett, was always quick to crack jokes and keep Maggie laughing and smiling the entire time. Here's a few images from our afternoon together. Enjoy.
Michael & Felicia | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Michael and Felicia. For their engagement photos, they opted to hit the water instead of the road and I was of course, TOTALLY ok with that. We spent an evening on a friend's sailboat and had a total blast. I also didn't fall into the water or drop any lenses overboard while trying to get any of these shots so the evening turned out much better than expected :) Enjoy.
Dale & Katelyn | Northwest Arkansas Engagement Photography
Say hello to Dale and Katelyn, two very fun people to be around. They're getting married in November and we recently took a little trip in the Novomobile to create some engagement photos with them. We started off at Crystal Bridges and then as is typical, we moved onto the back country. Here's a few of our favorites. Enjoy!
