Bike Month 2020 | Arkansas Cycling Photography

Well, here we are in May of 2020, also known as Bike Month. Traditionally, we’ve celebrated with numerous social gatherings, group rides and even a large Square to Square event. No one could’ve predicted that this year, we’d have to juggle celebrating bikes and our beloved cycling community while dealing with the realities of a worldwide pandemic. Like so very many, we’ve gained a newfound love and appreciation for our bicycles and all the wild, wonderful, efficient and safe amenities around us where we can enjoy them. Although these times are challenging, we encourage you to keep pedaling forward, both on your bike and in your life. And just because these times are severely restricted, it doesn’t mean that we’re not celebrating at all. Bike NWA, our local cycling organization is working to modify some of their events to comply with current safety regulations. For more information on what’s happening, visit their Website, Facebook Page or give ‘em a follow on Instagram.

Today’s blog post is dedicated to events from years past that celebrate cycling and the cycling community.

Cheers, Friends!
