Congratulations and Best Wishes to Paxton and Laura who were married recently on a beautiful Saturday that also happened to be Cinco De Mayo. In accordance with the holiday, there was a Sombrero and a couple of fake mustaches on hand and the photographers (Thanks to my good friend Jared Sorrells for spending the day with me) as well as the groomsmen put them to good use during picture time. The weather was nice and the family and friends were even nicer and it was in fact, one of my favorite weddings ever.

But this was without a doubt, the hardest wedding I've ever been a part of as well…

This past Saturday, I had the honor and privilege of celebrating with Bob and Kenzie as they exchanged their handwritten vows and pledged their lives to one another. In true Arkansas weather fashion, it was cloudy and almost 70 degrees in December making outdoor pictures not only bearable, but enjoyable. This was my final wedding for 2015 and as I look back on the year, I am truly humbled to have been a part of so many celebrations and I sincerely treasure the friendships I've made along the way. 2016 is going to be pretty darn cool but 2015, you were truly a blast.

Congratulations to Jake and Nicki who had a gorgeous wedding this past Saturday at Chapel on the Creeks. This time of year, everyone watches the weather for wedding weekends and in all our years of shooting weddings, this past Saturday had to be some of the most perfect weather we've ever seen. That was perfect for the outdoor reception at Creekwood Gardens, which happens to be one of our favorite places to shoot. As was the case with last weekend's wedding, The Thomas Twins (along with the guests) were kicking and grooving along to the sounds of the DJ and a good time was had by all.
