Northwest Arkansas Young Professional Summit

Back in August we got to do a few headshots for the Northwest Arkansas Young Professionals Summit. The Summit, in it’s 4th year, provides young (and old) professionals with personal, philanthropic and professional tools so they can learn to better serve their community. Here I met Dr. Todd Jenkins or Bowtie Todd. He is the Chair of the NWA Young Professionals Summit and founder and CEO of Bowtie Leadership. Bowtie Todd needed a new headshot and some additional content so during one of the summits break-out sessions we moved some lights around and threw a few bowties. Kessler Trail Run Afterparty! | Northwest Arkansas Event Photography

This year, I participated in the Kessler Trail Run. And by participated, I mean that I ran 6 miles on the trail and then, photographed the after party while sipping beer and conversing with familiar and unfamiliar faces. You know. “Work”. Good times, indeed.

Experience Fayetteville | Northwest Arkansas Commercial Photography

Fayetteville Arkansas knows how to throw a good party. (And not just of the college variety) Case in point, their First Thursday events that happen every first Thursday of the month during the warmer seasons in Arkansas. Their last one for the year was last week and I had the opportunity to attend it and photograph it. They also debuted their new Veoride Bike Share Program, making the city even more bike-friendly (which I didn’t think was possible). Party on, Fayetteville.
